Who We Are

Eileen Boyce
Partner

Eileen brings extensive experience and senior-level attention to every project. She has supported clients in a wide variety of industries, from real estate and finance to manufacturing and healthcare. Her diverse roster of past and current includes Attorney General Kwame Raoul, Constellation Energy, the Democratic Party of Illinois, the Illinois Clean Jobs Coalition, Lollapalooza, Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Women Employed.

Leading communications in Attorney General Madigan’s political and state offices, Eileen has expertise determining, developing and driving the implementation of complex communications strategies. This includes creating messages, strategic planning documents and media materials to support complex issues and campaigns, as well as incorporating social networks, online materials and videos to effectively convey and drive messages. She has developed integrated plans to move complex policy issues, public campaigns, product rollouts and financial events through legislative and regulatory phases to successful implementation for major corporations, small businesses, interest groups and public agencies. 

As a former journalist, Eileen understands the intricacies of the newsroom and the changing landscape of today’s news cycle. Eileen holds a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Maura Possley
Partner

Maura has shaped the communications strategies for a diverse set of clients, including top Illinois leaders, clean energy coalitions, nonprofit organizations, and national corporations, leveraging her relationships with members of the press and her extensive experience as a former journalist.

Maura served as a communications advisor for eight years to former Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan. In her role as communications director, Maura led the Attorney General’s communications department, managing media strategy on a wide array of complex legal and public affairs issues, as well as authoring opinion pieces and speeches for Attorney General Madigan.

Maura began her career as a daily print reporter for several newspapers in Illinois and Florida, including the Chicago Tribune, Daily Southtown, South Florida Sun-Sentinel and Bradenton Herald. Maura has covered breaking news, crime and courts, including the Chicago Police Department and the Cook County Criminal Courts system, as well as the Illinois General Assembly, local government, the healthcare industry, and immigration policy at the local and national level.

Maura holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Eastern Illinois University and a master's degree from the Public Affairs Reporting Program at the University of Illinois at Springfield.
